SharePoint Solution Architect Scope of Position: The Ideal Candidate for this Position will have 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications. In addition, a SharePoint Solution Architect will have 2+ years of experience with SharePoint Technologies (Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, Office SharePoint Server (2007, 2010) InfoPath, Forms Services, Excel Services, Search, Business Data Catalog and Web Services) in a variety of business environments. Experience with MOSS 2010 is a plus. Leadership and Architecture Experience and Skills: •Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Abilities. •Business Analysis and Business Process Understanding. •Strong ability to assist Clients with Business Requirements for their SharePoint and Office System based Solutions and create the appropriate Information Architecture, Taxonomy and Solution Approach. •Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of business both verbally and in writing. •Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives. •Ability to lead complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuring, programming and unit testing for information worker applications based on Microsoft technologies. •Experience producing end-user and Technical Documentation. •Ability to work independently with Users and Executives to expand the use of SharePoint to address Business Issues. •Can help others in the organization with SharePoint knowledge at a level of understanding appropriate to their Job Function.
Technical SharePoint-Specific Experience and Skills: •Must possess an in depth understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and SharePoint Designer 2007. •Must possess an in depth understanding of the capabilities of the Business Intelligence Development Studio, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS with a specific focus on how the operate within the SharePoint Framework. •Knowledge must include architectural design, web parts development, management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations. •In depth experience with Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business Intelligence. •SharePoint experience must include SharePoint Designer workflows, effective use of the data view web part (DVWP), content query web part, data form web part, navigation customization, and some branding customization. •Web development experience (HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript) is required. •Experience with SharePoint templates (site templates, list templates, master page customization) is required. •Experience configuring and working with Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) and SQL Server is required. •Experience with server installation, performance tuning is not required but valued. Teradata Information Architect The Ideal Candidate for this Position should have 8+ Years of Experience in overall Information and Data Architecture with 3-5 years of Experience directly related to Modeling Solutions in a Teradata environment. In addition, Strong Communication Skills and Business Acumen across various domains (Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and/or Financial Services) will be very important to the successful delivery of these Services. A Strong and up-to-date Knowledge of the Teradata RDBMS, Hardware Platform, as well as Teradata Tools and Utilities is absolutely required for this Position. The Candidate must be able to participate in all levels of the Data Architecture Life Cycle, from Conceptual, all the way to Physical Modeling and must be able to relate Business Requirements to the underlying Information Assets. Teradata Information Architect – Specific Experience and Skills: •Expert Knowledge of the various Teradata Architectures, Components, and Tools. •Experience with Data Profiling and Data Analysis. •Expert Knowledge of and Experience with, ERwin is a must with Experience across multiple CASE tools preferred. •Experience Architecting Solutions to support various OLAP and other reporting tools. •Bachelor’s Degree or applicable work experience required. Sr. Project Manager / SCRUM Master Scope of Position: The Ideal Candidate will have a Conceptual understanding of Cloud and Web-Hosting Technology. The Ideal candidate should have exposure working in a fast paced evolving culture. The Candidate must possess a strong understanding of both Agile and Traditional Project Management Fundamentals and Best Practices. Candidate must be PMP Certified through PMI and either CSM certified or PMI-ACP Certified. A Bachelor’s degree is required and the Candidate should have Experience leading teams of up to 20 members.
Senior Level Project Manager / SCRUM Master Requirements and Skills: ·5 to7 Years of Hands-On Experience Managing IT projects (specifically in the infrastructure and operations space) ·Must have Managed Projects through the entire life cycle oSolid Experience in kicking off Projects and Chairing Senior Leader Discussions oSolid Experience in Facilitating Planning Sessions to develop project plans, technical solutions or feasibility assessments oSolid Experience with Monitoring and Controlling the Project with issues/risk management, change control oSolid understanding of the Project Budgeting Process which includes Capital and Expense Management oExperience using Standard Project Management Tools (MS Project, Clarity, VersionOne, etc.)
Project Manager / SCRUM Master Responsibilities: ·The Project Manager/Scrum Master will be responsible for managing Scrum Projects in concert with other Waterfall Projects. ·Proven ability to balance ‘Command and Control’ of Project Manager role with ‘Servant Leadership’ of Scrum Master role ·Able to properly utilize Sprint Burn Down and Team Velocity trends to plan and meet project delivery dates within the Scrum Team ·Ensure the Development Teams are practicing the Core Agile Principles of Collaboration, Prioritization, Team Accountability, and Visibility ·Must have proven and effective experience in working with business partners, technology teams and customers to define well-formed Agile Users Stories and to maintain healthy and well groomed sprint and product backlogs ·Empower the teams to self-organize ·Maintain, communicate and escalate project critical path when appropriate
