In 2007, a team of entrepreneurial leaders came together to look at American and Global business cycles and market needs.  The founding team had collective work experiences totaling over fourty-five years and knew that something was missing.  The U.S. and Global Economies were on the verge of entering into a period of intense change and uncertainty and the old ways of doing things just weren't going to cut it any longer.  It was becoming increasingly clear that corporations, large and small, along with institutions of higher education, government entities, and non-profits would all be in need of new ways to survive, to thrive, and to find the new normal.  Clearer than that were the inadequacies apparent among the ranks of management consulting firms who had, in the past, lead organizations to new ways of operating and breakthrough thinking.  The legacy consulting firms had become part of the status quo.  Traditional process engineering had, in many ways, failed to deliver on the promise of quality processes and lean organizations, organizational design had left many key functions starved for the Right People, and attempts to leverage organizational data to create meaningful business insights had instead multiplied disintegrated silos of departmental information.  Something had to change  and in 2008, The Operari Group came to be.

Operari was launched as a highly-specialized consulting firm that focuses specifically on the interplay between People, The Processes they follow, and the Information they use on a daily basis.  This is what we call the People, Process, and Information Equation, and it is central to all that we do and how we do it.  At Operari, we believe that to meet your objectives you must have the Right People, executing the Right Processes, which are enabled with access to high quality and relevant information for decision making.  This holistic approach breaks down the silos between organizational dynamics, process engineering, and enterprise information management.  This was, and is, the foundation for our company.

2008 ushered in, sooner than anyone thought, a rush of challenge and change for businesses around the globe many of whom have looked to The Operari Group for help.  Over the past five years, it has been our pleasure to work with some of the world's most innovative organizations and watch as the People, Process, and Information equation has taken root as a force towards breakthrough performance.
